As an independent builder, three cabins were built for California architect Burdette Pulver and his wife, architectual designer, Myung Pulver.  The cabins were built highlighting many skills including carpentry, stone masonry, custom tile, and custom cabinetry.  Many of the materials including stone and timbers were harvested from the land on which the cabins were built.

The two cabins aptly named, View Point and Creekside, can be further viewed and rented in the picturesque mountains of North Carolina. The third is the Pulver's private residence.
